Today was a great day. I woke up around 4 AM, went to the gym, and completed a 4 km treadmill walk. Then I biked home and took the dog for a 3 km walk. After a bit of coffee and breakfast, we went for another 2 km walk with the dog. Later, I watched some TV and did some simple exercises at home. In total, I ended up with about 32,000 steps today.
