So the next Iizuka health walk is coming up.  This time the start finish is the Aeon Honami.  Pre-register is ¥500 and at the event it is ¥1000.

Two courses are being offered,  and 8km and 5km

9:00 am open to sign in, 9:30 Opening Ceremony normally some stretching to get the muscle moving then with a 9:45 start.
