Today was another routine day, nothing out of the ordinary. I woke up around 4 AM, hit the gym, ran about 3 km on the treadmill, then rode my bike back home. After changing clothes, I took the dog for a 4 km walk. Once back, I had breakfast and coffee, followed by some exercise and watching TV. If you havenโt started learning yet, I donโt really do much. I usually stay around the house and keep things simple. I think a lot of this comes from my years in the military, being away from home so longโnow, the chance to just relax at home means a lot to me. I did decide to switch things up a bit. Instead of sandwiches for lunch, I went with a well-rounded salad today, featuring chicken as the main protein. My goal is to hit around 33,000 steps to wrap up the day.
