Today was another good day. I woke up around 4 AM and headed to the gym. It’s usually about a 3 km bike ride to the gym. After my workout, I did another 4 km walk and run on the treadmill. I returned home by bike and changed into some fresh clothes. This morning, I took the dog for a walk. We covered about 3 km, and she was happy to do it. It was a relaxing time for both of us. After the walk, I had some coffee and then went for another walk with the dog. This walk was only about 1 1/2 km back home. We had breakfast after the walk. Then it was time to make bread, I did so. Today, I followed my daily routine of watching TV and doing some light exercise around the house. We totalled up doing about 27,000 steps.

The wife made what she calls Rice Cooker Pork—a simple dish featuring pork tenderloin and potatoes cooked together in the rice cooker.
